Congratulations to both Larisse Melo, MSc student, and Amy Tan, PhD student, for representing our team at the 13th European Nutrition Conference FENS 2019 “Malnutrition in an Obese World”!
Larisse shared first outcomes of her MSc project on the development and testing of a novel yoghurt product.
Amy presented on our international research project DERiVE, with the goal to identify new and accessible biomarkers for riboflavin status.
Both did an outstanding job and gave an engaging and comprehensive 4-min poster presentation! A photo of Larisse’s presentation even made it into the FENS Conference Daily Newsletter!
