DERiVE Project: Developing accessible riboflavin biomarkers for use in population surveys globally

The DERIVE Project is working on the DEvelopment of Riboflavin biomarkers to relate dietary sources with status, gene-nutrient Interactions and Validated health Effects in adult cohorts.

This video highlights an international collaboration between UK, Ireland and Canada to find an accessible B2 biomarker for use in global surveys. The Canadian collaborator is led by the Human Nutrition and Vitamin Metabolism Research Group in the lab of Dr. Yvonne Lamers at UBC.
